Very nice and thick case that has previously been lightly polished and has wear from use.

Very nice YG smooth bezel with wear from use
Dial
Very good original silver Sigma dial with YG stick markers that have aged to a rosy patina. The dial has all the original Tritium lume dots partially intact and they have aged to a light creamy patina.
Hands
Excellent original Rolex hands with lume that has aged to the same patina as the lume on the dial.
Bracelet/Strap
Very nice 19mm two tone Rolex USA C+I rivet Oyster bracelet with 11 links. The bracelet has some stretch and some wear from use.
